when we talk about AUs, what do we mean?

Well, for starters, "AU" means 'alternate universe' in fandom/bandom communities.

Fandoms use AUs to describe an imaginary world using a franchise's characters, assets, and/or storyline.

This AU page will be filled with AUs I come up with, short snippets of moments from each AU, and MAYBE even character descriptions for said AUs. Pretty neat stuff lol :)
