Lore:

At the start, we're met with the five boys interacting with a character who's unnamed, and that we know nothing about. Well, I decided to give him a name and a purpose in the 'SICK' lore. "Lewis."

Why Lewis? Idk I just liked the name. But his role in the lore goes so much deeper. You see, in my adaptaion of the SICK AU, each one of the boys is from our universe, but their memories and any proof of them existing is wiped and they're put in a different universe than ours. What gave me this specific idea was hearing Juicy say "Something about a square?" For the AU lore, his confusion and almost unawareness about a big reason of his rise to fame seems odd, don't you think? That's because they can't remember anything from their original universe, having completely new memories and ideas of who they are and what they lived. That's where Lewis comes in. He's the son of a friend of Narrator's mom, but he knows more than he should. He knows that the boys aren't from his universe somehow, but how he knows isnt really important.

He somehow manages to put together some pieces about the boys' real lives, and then puts what he writes into a google slides presentation to show them on the television. The boys are confused and unsettled, deciding to leave Lewis's house. During the span of a few weeks, the boys start to slowly remember small aspects of their real lives, not much, but enough to be noticeable. They start to figure everything out piece by piece, but have no idea how to fix things. Of course, Juicy being one to research stupid and unnecessary things in his free time, chooses to research alternate realities and how to travel between them. He comes across some cult website that poses as an information site that claims one has to kill to gain that power.

Lore FIN:

He doesn't believe it originally, assuming it's some weird prank website, but he brings it up to the boys anyways. Eddie, being supersticious, doesn't believe it either. Mully and Josh, on the other hand, do believe it, and Narrator just doesn't care about the consequences after discovering the truth about his life.

Because of this, Josh and Mully somehow manage to convince Juicy and Eddie that killing would be the only way to fix things. So, they go on murder sprees. They don't get caught, that is, until Eddie's guilty consious catches up to him and he turns himself in. He turns in the others as well, convinced that they've all just gone mad and this was originaly some twisted prank by Lewis. Once the government realizes that the boys have become aware of the existence of their real lives, the boys are put in a mental ward, being put on insanity pleas. The cuts in the MV with different scenes outside of the ward, are dreams of the boys' as their brains attempt to process their realities and their lives both in the past and going forward.
